Usually there is a significant difference of height between the dispatch halls- and the transporter vans upper track. So below despatching of half carcases (of pig or sheap) and beef quarters, the operatives have to take off the carcases from the track and they have to take it manually to the refrigerator van. In so cases our screw elevator gives an ergonomical suitable solution.
IMPORTANT!
The screw elevator is used not only below despatching. If the direction of rotating changes, the device is also usable for accepting.
Construction:
The hot galvanized truss massively settable to the trussing of the upper track. The screw - that you also can see on the photo - elevates or pulls down the gambrel hooks or roller hooks. The electric motor is at the upper side of the equipment.
